Hi, my name is Robin Harding Baswell and I have been a long time local of the Lake Norman area for over 20 years! I have seen it grow from farmlands to one of the most desirable locations outside of The Greater Charlotte area. I have raised 4 children in the Lake Norman School district and know this area like the back of my hand. I attended high school in Charlotte NC then studied business at Appalachian State. Real Estate was always a hobby for me tagging along with friends as they looked for homes, going to every open house, etc……well, after the corporate world, owning several businesses, I made it a realization in 2006 to get my Real Estate license. I bring you over 15 years in real estate experience with excellent negotiating skills to work for you. I am happy to assist in residential buying or selling waterfront, off-water, estates, investment, and new construction. I have a passion to help make your home buying and selling process as smooth as possible all the while keeping you informed on the market to ensure you receive the best information to make the decisions needed to get you the best values. Send me an email or give me a call and let’s get your real estate needs underway!
